Red Absinthe gets its taste from a combination of 9 distilled plants and a secret plant that gives it a ruby red color. This combination of aromas also is sweet naturally and it brings
out angelic flavors. This Absinthe always keeps a keynote of wild plants and anise.
This drink is created and distilled in exactly the same way before the ban absinthes in 1915. This particular recipe has been a year-long research project by the Awen Nature
To fully appreciate it, we recommend the traditional method: In a glass
containing 1 dose of Absinthe, drop a sugar cube on an Absinthe spoon and have run 1 or 2 doses of cool water on the cube. On contact with water, the sugar and absinthe mix will become slightly cloudy.
