Green Absinthe gets its taste of a combination of 5 -distilled plants and verbena which gives it a sumptuous green. These distinct aromas also bring out flavours of verbena,
intense and enjoyable. This Absinthe nevertheless retains a dominant point of wild plants and anise.
This drink is created and distilled in exactly the same way before the ban absinthes in 1915. This particular recipe has been a year-long research project by the Awen Nature creator.
To fully appreciate this drink, we recommend the traditional method: In a glass containing 1 dose of Absinthe, drop a sugar cube on an Absinthe spoon and have run 1 or 2 doses of cool water on the cube. On contact with water, the sugar and absinthe mix will become slightly cloudy.
